10:30am-11:30am every Tuesday in the church hall.
This exercise program for men and women aims to provide the opportunity for both social interaction and a gentle physical fitness program tailored to the 75+ age group. The weight-bearing exercises aim to improve mobility, flexibility and bone density in an enjoyable, non-threatening atmosphere.
Special emphasis is placed on balance exercises, to reduce the prevalence of falls. Led by a qualified fitness instructor, the exercises aim to increase confidence and provide enjoyment for senior members of our community who are less able to access safe, alternative exercise programs.

2pm for hike and 4pm for coffee on a Sunday of the month - various locations
The Walkerville Hikers go on a walk every month across various parts of Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills. The walks are planned and vary from easy to more challenging.
Non-hiking friends are invited to join the walkers for coffee at 4 pm.

Final Hike for 2019
The final Hike for 2019 is on November 24th, starting at 3.00pm.
Walk grade: Moderate
Meet at the end of Mount Summit Road, which is accessed off Summit Road out of Mt Barker. The trail passes through open woodland and takes in views of Mount Barker City from the trig point at the top.
